Job Description
At TechBiz Global, we are seeking a 1st/2nd Line Desktop Support Engineer to join one of our clients' teams. This role involves resolving technical issues and providing support across various hardware and software platforms.
Requirements
- Helpdesk/Desktop Support experience
- Proficiency in MS Windows
- Ability to meet targets and SLAs
- Strong knowledge of laptop and desktop hardware/software
- Networking knowledge
- Experience with hardware/software recovery, updating, and installation
- Ability to perform Windows installations
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Dutch language skills
