Senior Help Desk Analyst

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Help Desk Analyst to join a rapidly growing IT support and cloud hosting company in Midtown Manhattan. The role involves providing technical support for end-users, managing Active Directory, and maintaining Microsoft 365, as well as client projects like Microsoft 365 migrations. Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration experience
• Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills
• Superior communication and customer service skills
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft 365, MS Office Suite, and Windows 10/11
• A+ certification (Fundamentals or equivalent)
