Reporting Analyst

Teleperformance SA is seeking a Reporting Analyst I to manage and develop management information (MI) systems, providing operational insights, and supporting campaigns and business objectives. The role involves data extraction, analysis, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and driving performance improvements. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Requirements

• Matric equivalent qualification
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Reporting Analyst or in a similar analytical role
• Background in the BPO sector
• Minimum 1 year of administration experience
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel
• Familiarity with automated reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Business Objects)
