TerraPay is seeking a seasoned Strategic Sales Director to lead banking partnerships and SWIFT integration efforts in the APAC region. This role focuses on new business acquisition, deep engagement with key banking partners, and relationship management. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SWIFT messaging systems, a proven track record selling to banks, and strong relationship building skills.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or partnerships in fintech, banking, or financial infrastructure.
- Proven success selling to banks, in the APAC Region.
- Deep knowledge of SWIFT messaging systems (MT/MX, ISO 20022) and integration processes.
- CRM Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM tools to manage pipelines and client interactions.
- Strong Relationship Builder: Strong C-level network within the banking sector.
- Detail-Oriented: Impeccable attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Market Knowledge: Experience with PSPs, or financial services platforms is strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of the money-transfer and remittance markets in the region, including regulatory frameworks such as AML and FinCEN.
