Product Engineer (100% Remote)

Tether is a company pioneering a global financial revolution through digital finance. The company is looking for a Product Engineer to join their team and shape the future of digital finance. The Product Engineer will be responsible for owning the vision and execution of local AI products, from roadmap to release.

Requirements

• Strong software development skills (preferably in Javascript/Typescript and/or C++)
• Extensive experience with React Native / Expo and cross platform development
• Good understanding of how LLMs, transformer architecture and other AI building blocks work
• Built or been a key technical contributor in one or more small to medium sized products (think 10k+ active users)
• Experience managing a small, specialized, cross functional team (pod) of 3-5 people
• Passion for building good products that improve people's lives
• Knowledge of AI tools such as Cursor or Claude Code
• Experience with AWS, containerization platforms, orchestration, and automated testing suites (Maestro, Appium)
• Direct experience in building AI powered products
• Understanding of the difficulties, nuances and importance of p2p technology
