Overnight Baker

CSCA Café is seeking a dedicated and experienced baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, baking, decorating and finishing a variety of doughs, pastries and specialty desserts.

Requirements

• Measuring and mixing ingredients accurately to prepare doughs, batters, and other baking mixtures
• Operating ovens and baking equipment to bake products to specifications
• Creating visually appealing desserts by decorating them with frostings, creams, and other edible items
• Monitoring and ensuring the quality and consistency of baked goods
• Tracking and managing inventory of ingredients and supplies
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Documenting ingredient usage, inventory levels, and any issues or adjustments made during the baking process
