We are seeking a Part Time Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at The Joint Chiropractic. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, delivering excellent customer service and driving sales for our memberships and treatment packages.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in a high-paced retail or healthcare environment
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher preferred)
- Positive, upbeat attitude with a passion for helping others and driving sales
- Strong sales abilities, confident in presenting and closing memberships and service packages
- Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing sales culture
- Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed
- Proficient with office equipment (computer, scanner, fax, phone system) and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Previous office management or marketing experience a plus
- Bilingual preferred
