Job Description
Business Development Consultant B2B / Outbound Sales Executive role at a growing international tech company in Cape Town, South Africa, focusing on expanding the UK partner base for a salon software solution.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of B2B outbound sales experience, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment
- UK Market Understanding (Essential): Previous work experience with UK-based clients, understanding their expectations, culture, and business operations
- Sales Confidence: Proven success in managing the full sales cycle, prospecting, demoing, closing, and onboarding
- Communication Skills: Clear, persuasive verbal and written communication across all digital channels
- Tech Tools Proficiency: Comfortable with Salesforce, Slack, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and MS Office
- Self-Starter Mentality: You're proactive, self-motivated, and thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments
- Organised & Detail-Oriented: Able to manage multiple leads and workflows efficiently
