Job Description
This RN-CARDIAC CATH LAB position involves direct nursing care to patients undergoing diagnostic, interventional, and diagnostic procedures in the catheterization lab. The role includes pre-procedural, intra-procedural, and post-procedural responsibilities, patient education, and maintaining clinical and technical competence in cardiac cath lab procedures. This position also requires a strong commitment to safety, confidentiality, and adherence to ethical practices.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of hemodynamic pressure recording/interpretation
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to function independently
- Knowledge of cardiac catheterization and special procedures equipment
- Valid Medical License
