Job Description
The System Administration Analyst is a technical resource for college infrastructure technology, focused on client-systems and customer support systems. The SA will coordinate computer builds/images, software installation and maintenance processes, and necessary scripting and integrations to efficiently manage thousands of computing endpoints for the college.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with Computing equipment and Productivity/web tools particularly Microsoft Office 365 required
- 2 years of relevant experience required in user support and information systems
- 1-2 years’ experience supporting Windows, Mac and Linux operating systems and mobile devices
- 1-2 years’ experience with SCCM or other client system configuration platforms
- Experience using scripting languages
- Experience working in an academic environment
