AWAKE Residential Services Technician

The Opportunity Alliance is seeking AWAKE Residential Services Technicians to join our adult residential program. This is a meaningful work opportunity with a wonderful team environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Associate or bachelor’s Degree or equivalent training in mental health preferred
• Must become certified as Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician 1 (MHRT1) within 1 year of employment
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft office preferred
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills required
• Flexible schedule is required
• Ability to work in a team environment required
