Job Description
The Opportunity Alliance is seeking Relief Residential Service Technicians to provide direct care and support services to adults living with mental illness. The role involves working in residential group care or transitional living settings, providing personal support, counseling, and medication administration. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and conflict resolution skills, flexibility in scheduling, and the ability to work in a team environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Certification as Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician 1 (MHRT1) within 1 year of employment
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft office
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible schedule
