Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Residential Service Technician to join our treatment team in South Portland and Portland, ME. The ideal candidate will provide support to adults living with mental illness in a trauma-informed environment and collaborate with our dedicated team to make a difference every day.
Requirements
- Provide residents with general support for daily living activities
- Support treatment goals and ensure overall safety within the residential setting
- Maintain certification as a Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician 1 (MHRT1) and upholding continuous MHRT1 status through required trainings
- Serve as part of a team of Residential Service Technicians and collaborate with facilities management, the director, and other stakeholders as needed
- Assist in maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for residents
