Job Description
This part-time Donor Relations Assistant role supports the Donor Relations Director in managing major donor portfolios, research, and communication. The position requires strong organizational skills, computer proficiency, and a dedication to helping those in need. Confidentiality and accuracy are key.
Requirements
- Accurately add donor account records into Salesforce
- Enter large volumes of gifts into Salesforce
- Prepare and send acknowledgement letters and correspondence
- Research and prepare donor data
- Assist with prospect identification
- Manage Microsoft Teams and Zoom meetings
- Organize supplies
- Maintain effective working relationships
