Job Description
The Executive Director, UChicago Medicine Cancer Affiliate Network, will be responsible for leading the network's administrative functions, ensuring effective operations, programmatic development, financial management, and strategic alignment with the network's mission and goals. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of operational and administrative experience, preferably from a top 25 cancer services program in a large academic hospital setting.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a healthcare-related field
- 10+ years of operational and administrative experience
- 7+ years in progressive senior leadership roles
- Ability to analyze information, present data, and draw conclusions
- Engaging communication and collaboration skills
- Proven ability to lead change, organize teams, and delegate effectively
- Experience using LEAN for performance improvement is highly desirable
