Requirements
- Graduate of a formal advanced practice nurse, physician assistant, clinical nurse specialist, first assist or certified nurse anesthetist program
- Minimum of 10 years of oncology experience as an advanced practice provider
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a clinical leader
- Licensed Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant in the state of Illinois
- Licensed advanced practice nurse practitioners (NP), physician assistants (PA), or Clinical Nurse Specialists (CNS) in the state of Illinois
- Advanced Practice Nurse or PA controlled substance license in the state of Illinois
- Specialty board certification as a nurse practitioner with a major focus on adult care
- Completion of AHA Basic Life Support
- Completion of AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Course
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Prior experience managing large projects and working effectively in multidisciplinary groups
- Proven ability to lead change, organize teams and delegate effectively
