Job Description
The Weitz Company is seeking a Senior Project Manager with experience in Aviation and Commercial Construction projects to join their team in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. The successful candidate will lead project teams, manage administrative and field construction activities, and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10+ years of construction experience
- Project management experience
- Experience managing others
- Experience in managing commercial construction, processing, advanced manufacturing, and/or semiconductors
- Emerging markets experience
- Business acumen, judgment, communication, solid leadership, client relations, negotiation, project management, solid construction knowledge, decision-making, conflict resolution, tact, adaptable and analytical abilities
