Manager, Sales Development Rep

We are looking for a leader who can help us expand and coach a team of world-class Sales Development Representatives. As a growing team, we need a team player who can help us meet and exceed our quotas while developing and mentoring their team.

Requirements

• Take ownership of leading and coaching a team that can meet and exceed monthly appointment quotas.
• Communicate weekly updates to Sales Directors and other stakeholders within the company.
• Administer performance management conversations and review appointments to ensure quality
• Utilize and optimize the team’s use of sales automation tools such as Connect and Sell, Outreach, and Salesforce
• Coordinate with other departments such as marketing to make sure the team is aligned with the strategy of the organization.
• Handle customer escalations as necessary.
• Create a productive and fun team culture through sales contests and team activities.
