Tickmill is looking to hire a Head of Partnerships (LATAM) to join our rapidly expanding LATAM region. The role plays a key part in driving revenue growth by acquiring new company clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-4 years of proven related experience (Head of Sales, Head of Business Development, Country Manager, Regional Manager or BDM) within the FX industry.
- Excellent command of English and Spanish language.
- Strong management and leadership skills.
- Excellent organisational and analytical Skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-moving environment.
- College or University Degree in Finance, Business/Administration, Management, or related field.
- High standard of work-ethic with a positive can-do attitude.
