Civil Project Engineer II/III - Land Development

Timmons Group is seeking a Civil Project Engineer II/III to join our Land Development team in Charleston, SC. The role involves designing site layouts, grading, utilities, and stormwater systems, and collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in land development engineering, including residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
• EIT certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D and/or other CAD software.
