Marketing Manager

Timmons Group is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and manage pursuits across multiple offices and market sectors, developing and executing market sector-specific marketing strategies to position our teams for success and drive growth.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in AEC marketing, pursuits, or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
• Strong understanding of the full marketing and pursuit lifecycle, from capture to closeout
• Proven success managing complex proposals and pursuit teams under tight deadlines
• Experience developing and executing strategic marketing plans by geography or market sector
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and Deltek
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and team members with minimal oversight
