Senior Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic Marketing Team in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience developing proposals for an architecture or civil engineering firm and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Requirements

• Six or more years of experience developing proposals for civil engineering or AEC firm preferred.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, especially for technical and client-focused narratives.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams).
• Familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint or similar CRM software is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field preferred.
