Senior Legal Counsel, Commercial

Tines is seeking a proactive, business-oriented Senior Legal Counsel, Commercial to join its growing Legal team. The Senior Legal Counsel will play a critical role in helping Tines scale its global business, supporting complex commercial transactions across multiple regions.

Requirements

• J.D. (or equivalent) and active U.S. bar membership in good standing
• 7+ years of post-qualification experience
• Demonstrated experience across the software procurement lifecycle (SaaS and on-prem)
• Proven experience negotiating complex technology and professional services contracts with commercial customers, as well as key channel, reseller, and strategic partner agreements
• Strong commercial judgment with the ability to balance legal risk and business objectives
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues in plain language
• Comfortable creating structure, improving processes, and operating independently in the unknown

Benefits
