Requirements

• Source and purchase coffee from global producers, cooperatives, and exporters.
• Manage and optimize trading book's profit and loss.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing.
• Maintain relationships with green beans roasters and customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and buyers.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery.
• Analyze trade performance and prepare reports.
• Engage with stakeholders to enhance the company's market presence.
