Requirements
- Possess an understanding of your customers mission and passion for enabling their mission success
- Demonstrate strong skills in developing and maintaining relationships with customers and key OEMs
- Able to position and close services under multiple delivery models
- Collaborate with and quarterback a combined team of inside support, engineers, project managers, and others
- Display entrepreneurial drive to identify and capture new customers
- Understand and work closely with defense system integrators, both large and small
- Display a through knowledge of Federal Government budgeting and procurement cycles
- Manage a $20M+ pipeline of business through all phases of the sales cycle
