- Solid understanding of I.T systems and infrastructure
- Experience with ticketing/logging systems
- Excellent skills covering IT areas such as: VoIP, Networking, VPN, RDP, Lan Protocols (TCP/IP), Patching, etc...
- Proven experience with operating systems: Microsoft O/S, iOS, MacOS, Linux
- Fluent English
