Job Description
Transport for London is seeking an Assistant Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Business Partner to provide tactical SHE support across our business areas. This role is key to ensuring SHE requirements are met, improvements are identified and implemented, and that teams have the tools and competence to manage SHE effectively.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of SHE legislation, standards, and regulatory requirements
- Understanding of engineering, operational, and business needs in safety-critical environments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to interpret performance data and explain insights clearly
- Experience in SHE-focused environments, stakeholder engagement, and coaching
