ER Policy and Strategy Advisor role will support the Employee Relations Strategy team in delivering the policy roadmap and provide first line policy advice to Human Resources (HR) Business Partners and senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Producing and monitoring a project plan identifying and tracking key milestones in the policy review process
- Contribute to research into trends and developments in employment policy outside of TfL and proposed legislative changes
- Support the delivery of engagement meetings with key stakeholders and drafting of relevant material
- Support the ER policy manager with production of draft policy documents
- Support the Chief People Office Projects and Implementation team in policy implementation activity
- Providing first line policy advice to HR Business Partners and other internal stakeholders as required
- Support the ER Strategy Manager in the preparation and delivery of pay negotiations
