Job Description
Tribalco is seeking a Unified Communications Support Tech/ Network Administrator to join their team. The position requires experience with Army networks and Network Operations, including Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), Allied Voice over Secure Internet Protocol (VoSIP), Video Teleconferencing (VTC) and Video Streaming Capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the availability and functionality of UC systems, including installing, terminating, and testing audio-visual (AV) type cables, connectors, and interfaces.
Requirements
- Maintain 99% availability of all C5I US services
- Install, terminate, and test all audio-visual (AV) type cables, connectors, and interfaces
- Operate and maintain legacy Cisco RMX-based systems and modernized CUCM and CMS-based Cisco products
- Evaluate and report on new network and Unified Communications (UC) technologies
