TripleLift is seeking a Sales Director to drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new opportunities while deepening relationships with agency holding companies and independent agencies. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of success within the advertising and programmatic ecosystem, with Spanish-language fluency or bilingual experience preferred.
Requirements
- Proven ability to build, grow, and manage agency partnerships at multiple levels
- Strong understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem
- Demonstrated success in a quota-carrying, hunter-oriented sales role
- Spanish-speaking or bilingual proficiency (strongly preferred)
- Highly motivated, collaborative team player with a consistent drive to exceed goals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and a customer-first mindset
- Comfortable taking ownership of complex deals and clearly articulating business impact
