Job Description
Join Triumph and lead the Business Development team to drive revenue growth and scale the Factoring Business within Triumph Factoring's Transportation channel. The SVP, Factoring Business Development Leader will oversee Vice Presidents of Business Development, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster referral partnerships.
Requirements
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Vice Presidents of Business Development
- Serve as a key member of the leadership team to drive planning, market strategy, and cross-functional collaboration
- Define performance goals and metrics for BDOs and ensure appropriate tracking and accountability
- Oversee pricing strategies to maintain competitive yields and fee structures
- Recruit, onboard, mentor, and retain high-performing Business Development Officers
- Support BDOs through strategic engagement with key clients and referral partners
- Partner with Marketing and Sales leaders to align growth strategies and campaigns
