Requirements
- Fluent in Flemish and English
- Proven experience in a commercial role
- Experience managing a portfolio of small & medium customer accounts
- Experience reaching high renewal/retention rates
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Professional communication and negotiation skills
- Solid ability to manage high-impact conversations
