Job Description
We are seeking a Document Control Coordinator to maintain documentation control systems, analyze assembly drawings, and ensure quotations are completed with high accuracy. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, ability to read and analyze documents, and proficiency in Excel and databases.
Requirements
- Maintain documentation control system per procedure
- Analyze assembly drawings, bills of material, specifications and other documentation
- Input quote information into Excel or Quote Win
- Run Health Management Reports for Quotes
- Filing (Electronic and paper)
- Review quotation package and collectively with engineering, documentation control, and materials develop a log of issues
- Open quotes in Sales Force databases
- Convert customer pcb files into a set format
- Review customer supplied files to estimate a labor time
- Present reports and provide updates based on performance metrics calculated in Salesforce
