Tuxera is looking for a hands-on and customer-focused Senior Technical Support Engineer to join our Enterprise Global Customer Success team in the Tuxera HQ in Espoo, Helsinki Capital Area.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in technical support within enterprise software or infrastructure environments.
- Strong learning mindset and genuine curiosity for solving technical problems.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, with the ability to interact clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience supporting or working with Linux-based products in enterprise environments.
- Solid technical knowledge of Windows and macOS, either as a power user or system administrator.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across software and system-level issues.
- Good understanding of network architecture and core protocols such as TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, Kerberos, LDAP, DHCP, and ARP.
- Familiarity with SMB, NFS, or other file-sharing and network protocols (considered a strong plus).
- Experience working in dynamic, multicultural environments and effectively conveying customer feedback to product and engineering teams.
