Job Description
UJA Federation of Greater Toronto is seeking a Senior Manager, Direct Marketing to lead a comprehensive, multi-channel fundraising and marketing strategy to drive donor acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Requirements
- University degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in direct marketing or fundraising
- Proven ability to design, execute, and evaluate direct marketing campaigns
- Strong knowledge of data segmentation, analytics, and performance reporting
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and digital marketing tools
- Solid understanding of fundraising and marketing best practices
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong analytical capability and attention to detail
