As a Senior BDR, you will drive pipeline growth and position UKG as a trusted advisor. You will work closely with Account Executives to define and execute sales prospecting strategies within your territory. You will analyze accounts, map stakeholders, and gather news to generate new pipeline. You will build and nurture relationships with key accounts and contacts, and conduct high-level conversations to understand and qualify opportunities.
