Executive Assistant to the Dean of Medical Education and Vice Dean of Education

The Executive Assistant to the Dean of Medical Education and Vice Dean of Education will provide confidential and high-level administrative support to the Dean, including managing the Dean's calendar, preparing reports and correspondence, and coordinating events. The role will also involve supervising the Operations Coordinator and managing office supplies and equipment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of work experience in a related job discipline
• Bachelor's degree (strongly preferred)
• Excellent writing skills
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and other common software programs
• Experience in increasingly responsible positions that requires handling sensitive and confidential information
