Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager & Quality Assurance Specialist located in Latam to lead software development projects while ensuring the highest standards of quality throughout the development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Plan, execute, and monitor software development projects from initiation to closure
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business analysts
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies
- Design and implement comprehensive QA strategies and testing frameworks
- Develop test plans, test cases, and testing procedures for software applications
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects early in the development cycle
- Establish and maintain quality metrics, standards, and best practices
- Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards
- Manage defect tracking and resolution processes
- Perform risk-based testing and prioritize testing activities
