Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Family Medicine

UW Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to provide high-quality, cost-effective care to patients in inpatient and ambulatory settings. The role involves performing physical exams, managing health maintenance needs, performing telemedicine visits, and performing routine clinical procedures.

Requirements

• Perform annual physical exams
• Manage health maintenance needs
• Perform telemedicine visits
• Perform routine clinical procedures (wart removal, paps smears, IUD removal, IUD/Nexplanon placement, skin lesion removals)
• Active RN and APRN certifications
• Active board certification as a NP
• Active PA license
• Active DEA license (or ability to apply)
• State of Wisconsin NP or PA licensure
