Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Family Medicine

UW Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide high-quality, cost-effective care to patients in inpatient and ambulatory settings. The role involves performing physical exams, managing health maintenance, telehealth visits, and routine clinical procedures. The position is part of an on-site team and offers a supportive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

• Perform annual physical exams and manage the health maintenance needs of family medicine patients.
• Perform telemedicine visits.
• Perform routine clinical procedures including wart removal, paps smears, IUD removal, IUD/Nexplanon placement and skin lesion removals.
• Active RN and APRN certifications, licenses AND prescriptive authority
