Nurse Practitioner /Physician Assistant – Primary Care Float

UW Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide high-quality, cost-effective care to patients in primary care clinics. This role involves providing patient centered care, performing annual physical exams, and supporting patient health maintenance. The position offers a work schedule of 100% FTE, Monday-Friday, between 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with no holidays or call.

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate’s degree from an accredited Nursing Program (Nurse Practitioner) or Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited PA Program (Physician Assistant)
• Active State of Wisconsin NP or PA licensure
• Active board certification as a NP in a clinical practice area
• Active DEA license or ability to apply for a DEA license
• Active PA license or ability to apply for a PA license
• Active board certification
