The Sr Advisor – Systems is responsible for the design, development, configuration, integration, and ongoing support of enterprise Oracle PeopleSoft applications, with a primary emphasis on PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM).
Requirements
- Designs, develops, configures, and supports Oracle PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) modules
- Analyzes business requirements and translates them into technical designs, configurations, and system enhancements
- Develops and maintains integrations between PeopleSoft FSCM, Oracle HCM Cloud, and third-party systems
- Performs application configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance across FSCM environments
- Troubleshoots and resolves complex application issues
- Collaborates with functional users to improve business processes through system optimization and automation
- Creates and maintains technical documentation, system specifications, and operational procedures
- Communicates effectively with stakeholders, vendors, and internal IT teams
