Job Description
Valatam is seeking a Bilingual Sr. Executive Assistant to join their team in Venezuela, Colombia, Argentina, Ecuador, Peru, Nicaragua. The role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational and communication skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced, on-call environment. They prioritize clear processes and value strong leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business Administration (preferred)
- C1/C2 English writing and speaking skills
- 5 to 10 years of experience as an assistant for C-level executives, VPs, or Directors
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms)
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- A quiet home office with a desk and an office chair
- Stable internet with at least 10 MBPS download & 2 MBPS upload speed
- Laptop/desktop with 8GB RAM, 1.6GHz processor, and 50GB of free hard-drive space
