Job Description
Valor Healthcare is seeking a passionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join their team at the Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Cookeville, TN. The role focuses on providing PC/MH integration care to veterans through short, solution-focused interventions. It's a structured, training-based position requiring completion of VA certification and passing the certification process. Requirements
- One of the following: Doctorate in psychology from a graduate program accredited by the APA, PCSAS, or CPA or Master's degree in Social Work from a program registered by the Department of Education.
- Must be credentialed and remain in good standing with the VA.
- Current and unrestricted LCSW/MSW (or equivalent) license in the desired state.
