Job Description
Valor Healthcare is seeking a passionate Primary Care/Mental Health Integration LCSW to join their team at the Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Bowling Green, KY. The role involves providing brief, solution-focused interventions for veterans through PCMHI, focusing on behavioral activation and short-term needs. Requirements
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Social Work from a program registered with the APA/PCSAS/CPA
- Master's degree in Psychology (or equivalent) with adult patient training
- Must have an unrestricted LCSW/MSW (or equivalent) license in the state of desired employment
- Credentialing through VA
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
