Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Business Development Manager to guide Valor Software into its next phase of success. The role focuses on expanding our client portfolio by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships, and supporting the presales process.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales within software development, especially outsourcing or outstaffing models.
- Ability to improve and manage the sales cycle for custom software development.
- Familiarity with domain areas such as micro frontends, eCommerce, EdTech, TravelTech, B2B SaaS, etc.
- Experience working with Tier 1 markets (USA, Canada, UK, Germany).
- Strong outbound skills and tools (LinkedIn, events, email outreach).
- Experience in presales, including discovery phase, technical assessments, and participation in RFPs or Statements of Work (SoWs).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.).
