Business Development Manager (Poland) [Valor]

Valor Software is a software development and consulting company seeking a Business Development Manager to guide the company into its next phase of success. The role focuses on expanding the client portfolio, building strong relationships, and supporting the presales process.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales within software development, especially outsourcing or outstaffing models.
• Ability to improve and manage the sales cycle for custom software development.
• Familiarity with domain areas such as micro frontends, eCommerce, EdTech, TravelTech, B2B SaaS, etc.
• Experience working with Tier 1 markets (USA, Canada, UK, Germany).
• Strong outbound skills and tools (LinkedIn, events, email outreach).
• Experience in presales, including discovery phase, technical assessments, and participation in RFPs or Statements of Work (SoWs).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.).
