Job Description
Valor Software is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join its Sales team. The role involves researching and identifying potential clients, generating high-quality leads, and working closely with the sales team to qualify leads and hand them off for outreach.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales research, or a similar role in the IT industry
- Understanding of IT services (outsourcing/outstaffing)
- Strong skills in LinkedIn, Google, and other research tools
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive)
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and consistency in routine tasks
- Upper Intermediate + English level
