Senior Tax Manager

Valsoft is seeking a highly skilled International Tax Manager to join their finance team in Ireland. This role focuses on Canada and US tax compliance, planning, and reporting, representing approximately 50% of their operations. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to future growth within the Irish market while leveraging a global software group experience.

Requirements

• Professional accounting or tax qualification (e.g., CPA, CA, AITI/CTA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)
• 5+ years of post-qualification experience in corporate or international tax, with exposure to Canadian and/or U.S. tax matters
• Solid understanding of corporate tax, transfer pricing, and tax accounting
• Experience with tax compliance, provision processes, and M&A tax due diligence
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently across multiple jurisdictions and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
