Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer contact environment
- Experience in guiding colleagues and managing daily operations
- Familiarity with KPIs such as availability, NPS, FTF, and throughput time
- Experience with quality monitoring and feedback techniques
- Familiarity with systems such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Talkdesk, or similar
